The Inspire WBL platform was created to help schools better manage, promote, and connect students to local employers in career pathways that align with the students’ future career goals; while providing the student a platform to develop a portfolio of work and promote their knowledge, skills, and employability.

Our mission is to inspire schools, students, and communities to participate in work based learning opportunities to aid in the development of the 21st century learner and provide them with the resources and skills necessary to be successful in the classroom and in the workforce.
Our Vision is to take high quality work based learning opportunities to scale at the local, regional, and state level and create online communities that value the benefits of work based learning and the impact it can have on the 21st century student.
Students
Create a professional online presence through a private, monitored network with the online profile, digital resume, and e-portfolio functionality of the student account. Connect with industry mentors in a field that aligns with your future career goals and showcase your past experiences and work. Browse through available jobs and internships and apply directly through the network!
Educators
Better manage your Work-Based Learning opportunities and it's connection to your course curriculum with this easy to use platform. You can help your students build a professional online presence while helping connect them to career speakers, mock interviews, worksite tours, job shadowing, community service, internships, part-time jobs, and more!
Employers
Give back to your local students while developing a future pipeline of engaged and qualified employees through providing work based learning opportunities. You can also sign up to be a career speaker, provide mock interviews, job shadowing, internships, and seasonal or part-time jobs. You can also host events that students can register for directly through the platform.
